AS9100 Rev D Certified
Space Vector Corporation's quality management system is in full compliance with both ISO 9001 and AS9100. SVC aims to achieve customer satisfaction by preventing nonconformity at all stages from design inception through servicing.
AS9100 is an aerospace standard based on the ISO 9001 quality system requirements. AS9100 takes the ISO 9001 requirements and supplements them with additional quality system requirements, which are established by the aerospace industry in order to satisfy DOD, NASA and FAA quality requirements.

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard that defines the requirements for a quality management system within a company. It is intended to help companies to continually improve their products, services and processes and to consistently meet customer’s requirements.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. These principles are explained in more detail on ISO.org. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

DCMA Approved Purchasing System
Space Vector received Defense Contractor Management Agency (DCMA) approval for its purchasing system. SVC’s purchasing system is approved in accordance with DFARS 252.244-7001.
DCAA Approved Accounting System
Space Vector has a DCAA-approved Accounting System in accordance to DFARS 252.242-7006, which defines a “Contractor’s system or systems for accounting methods, procedures, and controls established to gather, record, classify, analyze, summarize, interpret, and present accurate and timely financial data for reporting in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and management decisions.” This may include subsystems for specific areas such as billing and labor.
ITAR Certified
As a defense services provider, Space Vector is International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) certified and abides by the ITAR as it applies to its United States Munitions List (USML) linked goods or services. Space Vector renews its registration every year.
SBA Certified Small Business
Space Vector is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Certified Small Business. We have been in this category for over 8 years. The U.S. Small Business Administration defines a 'small business' in terms of the number of employees over the past year, or average annual receipts over the past three years. Size standards vary by industry.
